"I've been going here since Chelsea's mom was working here. The service has been great throughout the years. I had little issue working with Chels as well until for the first time in my life I forgot my appointment. They do not offer a grace period and demand a late fee. I'm annoyed because I'm such a long customer without history of missing appointments. They are so adamant about wanting the 50$ missed appt fee that they can care less about my cavity probably turning into a root canal. Tell yourself this, if you were there long time customer and you slipped once and then they try to nickel and dime you, wouldn't you feel a bit betrayed? Truth is they are not as kind as they appear and you are an expendable customer to them."
