"I chanced upon this office when looking for a new dentist after a very negative experience with my previous dental provider. I was nervous because this was my first visit at this office. Thankfully, it turned out to be a pleasant experience, because the dentist and staff here are excellent. I was greeted promptly by the friendly receptionist, and there was no wait to be seen. The hygienist was very thorough and explained everything she was doing. She made sure I was comfortable throughout my cleaning and X-rays. Dr. Brown was also very thorough about explaining everything about my X-rays and answered all my questions. Excellent customer service and professionalism from beginning to end. Thank you for making me feel welcome and cared for. This dental office is a true gem in Santee."
