"Not necessarily going to say living here is awful but just want to warn when you are getting a complex please make sure you will not be in the building where owners box is. I can feel vibrations and hear the bass SO much from the music. Even after they close your can hear rap music blasting from the workers cleaning. I went down to tell them I could not sleep and they were kind and apologized but the music has continued. I haven’t even been in this unit for a week and I haven’t been able to sleep at night until the music goes off. It’s horrible. One night it didn’t stop until 2am. I brought it up to management so I will have to see how it goes. Just want to make sure someone doesn’t make the same mistake I did and is more aware because it’s awful. If you want a place where you can relax and get sleep at night this place is NOT it. Maybe if you get one of the ones that are not above owners box. Quiet hours start at 10 but I have yet to experience that. Other than that the property is beautiful and so are the apartments and the staff have been very kind. The location is great too."

"First and only experience living in an apartment complex... absolutely horrible. The complex is beautiful at first glance in terms of safety, 24-hour gym, pool area, convenience, etc. Living there was a nightmare. As many reviews stated, management is extremely poor and ineffective. Cheap construction and overall poor design. Apartment unit's master bedroom shares a wall with the master bedroom next door. So unfortunate, I was kept up multiple nights in a row due to passionate sounds coming through my headboard from the master bedroom unit next door. *Walls are extremely thin.* I'd be woken up by my neighbor hacking in the middle of the night. Brought the issue up to management, and they said they couldn't do anything... completely unacceptable. I had to remind management that quiet hours do exist. One particular night was so loud with furniture banging that I was able to get a clear recording to provide to management as proof. On one occasion that I was working from home (with COVID), management came to my door, knocked very loudly, then proceeded to unlock my deadbolt and enter the apartment. There was no prior notice and the person ended up explaining they got the wrong apartment... what an invasion of privacy."

"EDIT 3/30/23: My previous review still stands as my honest assessment of this property's failed management but now I would like to add Amber and Candace to the pile. They refuse to call back on legitimate requests deserving their attention and there is no accountability to be customer focused from Multi South. They know how to use all of the trendy buzz words that sound customer focused but it is all an act of deception. Absolute trash, honestly. ---------- After living here a year, we will move. Beth is unprofessional. She’s uncompromising; charging “fees” we’ve never heard of that aren’t in the lease agreement and charging different rental rates at renewal for the same floor plan for different people. Some rental rate hikes are 20 or more percent for “market rate” that she can’t explain. Feels against fair housing laws if you ask us. Regardless, we will not be bullied just to have a home. And stop sending dozens of emails like we’re children especially late at night."

"I just made my year mark. Literally had no problems. It was a wonderful place to live until the new property manager took over. I regret renewing my lease"
