"I'd told them because I have metal in my shoulder that I need to be premedicated. If not + then I run RISK of an infection. They ignored it, took me back to look...then just proceeded doing dental work. Dentist was rough. And rude. I should've RAN out of there but didn't. Ended up at dentist in another area. NOT Western Dental!! New dentist had to put me on STRONG ANTIBIOTICS for weeks as I had extreme infection from Western DENTALS negligence !"

"I didn't want to even put no star but that's the only way l could post all Western Dental Offices are the same rude unprofessional the Drs are rough when looking in ur mouth l stopped going to any western dental places long ago l advise other ppl to do the same they need to be put out of business or closed down"

"Had an appointment this morning and when I arrive they tell me the x ray machine is down so they have to reschedule. This is the 2nd time they had to reschedule this appointment. I asked why they didn't call and she said she was getting ready to, 3 minutes before my appointment? Pretty unprofessional. Won't be scheduling again with them."

"The ortho and dentist in the back are ok. It’s the front desk workers that throws this place off, the way they speak and treat their patients and each other is very unprofessional, they have no manners, no patience, seem like their personal life conversations are more important than their job and definitely poor customer service skills, this has happened to me ever appointment, dentist or ortho request for a follow up appointment which front desk takes note and makes, every time I come back for my appointments their in my file and each time they’ll ask me what was my appointment for? When I tell them I’m not sure cause the conversation was between the front desk and dentist they work up their impatience and sounds frustrated… It’s simple note it down! They always act so clueless. This place is a joke."

"After telling them 3 times what medication I was allergic to they still prescribed it to me. Lucky me I came back at 5:45pm they were already closed even tho they aren't suppose to close until 6pm and they were all chatting in the parking lot. They acted like they didn't want to give me oxycodone after my wisdom teeth removal but they did 5mg dose and 12 pills yet they tried to give me 24 pills of the one I'm allergic to. I don't know if it's because I'm a "person of color" or they were incompetent, maybe both. But they tried to blame it on the pharmacy saying "o they must be out of stock" but the pharmacist made it clear they didn't even write the order correct and they gave me meds that contained acetaminophen which I'm allergic to so they can't fill the order either way. Mind you I just got my wisdom teeth pulled and the numbness is wearing off I drove to pharmacy just to have to go back and I'm nearly in tears from the pain. Lucky me my friend was there to communicate and witness the ignorance. Listen to the bad reviews on here. I would not recommend this place"
