"I was left with a temporary crown for weeks too long because a dentist called in sick. They told me to put toithpast on my ground down tooth since the temp had fallen off. They told me they could not get my another temp for weeks to come because that was the dentist's next available appointment. The pain was maddening After a quick and not thorough cleaning, I was forgotten about for 45 minutes in a room. Finally an assistant walked by and asked why I was still there, then apologized for forgetting about me.... They then tried to upsell me on procedures I didn't need. My current dentist confirmed that I, in fact, didn't need them. They also didn't take full mouth rays but billed my insurance for them. Izzy was a stellar staff member. The one good dentist I saw quit on my first visit quit shortly there after to work for a "better more reputable company". I should have never went back after she disclosed that to me. Overall a clown show. Avoid at all costs."

"I have been avoiding the dentist for several years. I had a decent amount of anxiety going in to the apt. Dr. Bergeron was so kind, understanding and patient that it ended up being a great visit. I had to have a lot of work done. During the visit she took her time to check in with me, explained what she’d be doing and asked me for my input to ensure that I was not uncomfortable or in pain. I highly recommend Dr. Bergeron. She’s the best!!!"

"I loved my most recent experience at Kensington Dental Group. Don't forget to fill out your pre-exam questionnaire! I didn't realize that was a thing and it did take me a bit longer than expected, which pushed my appointment back some, but that was my fault. The person at the front desk (I can't remember their name) was so helpful at check in and then later with going over my estimate of recommended services. I didn't want to pay anything out of pocket and they were very conscious of that and gave me options. The care Dr. Wu gave was exceptional! She was very straight forward, but not rude, about the quality of my teeth, tarter buildup, and gum health, which made me trust her so much. She cares about my oral health! She was very meticulous with my cleaning as well and that made me feel good too, knowing I was going to be leaving with super clean healthy teeth. Thanks to the whole team!"
