"The staff was exceptional receptive, Karen was helpful in showing me around the property and made a great impression. Also Sarah working in the front office was very receptive and helpful! Great impression and I liked the overall vibe of the property, safe and clean with nice landscaping."
"I lived here for 3 years. Just moved out last month. It’s nice and quiet…apartments are spacious but my rent was going up to $2k a month for a 3bdrm….it’s definitely NOT worth that much money. My only complaints are with management and how they handle things. Let me preface this with saying that Karen the manager was awesome when I applied during the height of COVID. They did not handle a situation properly where they were working on an apartment that caused flooding in my apartment and 2 other units. Only the 2nd floor apartment sustained damage and they promptly repaired her structural damage without ever coming to me to verify what happened. However they did not want to pay for her personal belongings that were damaged and the manager Karen kept telling her that she had to reach out to me for my insurance info. Karen knew they were responsible and to my knowledge has yet to replace that woman’s belongings. If they felt I was responsible for the flood…why didn’t they file a claim against my renters insurance for the structural damage. She didn’t know that I’d known the neighbor for more than 20 years and she was telling us both lies. Also Karen called the police on my black son for simply sitting at the pool bc a white lady neighbor at the pool lied and said he and his friends were doing something wrong. They have cameras and can see LIVE what’s going on and I was sitting on my balcony watching my son and his friends STAND in the pool talking to 1 another. Yet the police were called bc the white lady felt some kinda way and Karen who was not even there but could see those cameras still called the police on my son and his friends and had them removed. She claimed she called the police bc they had been having issues with much smaller and younger BOYS on bikes that would be in the pool area that did not live over there and she thought this was them but mine weren’t on bikes nor are they small. They drive cars! Nor did they run when the police arrived bc they had every right to be there. Karen had a whole lot of apologies the next day and even hinted that the white lady that notified them was notorious for this but if she really felt that way…why call the police! We know why. Last but not least! The move out inspection sheet basically wants you to prepare the apartment for the next tenant and I almost did that. They do not want to do absolutely anything to prepare the apartment for the next tenant. They have $5 plastic dollar tree blinds up and after 3 years 1 piece of a blind from 3 of the blinds broke from us sticking our hands in to unlock/lock windows. They charged me $180 for 3 blinds that would’ve cost less than $20 at Walmart so just replace all blinds if you have to. They charged me for not wiping off the ceiling fans lol! Petty!!!!!!! They tried to say I didn’t clean the stove and other appliances but I had video and photos and after telling Sara that I had them as well as an invoice from a professional cleaning service….she promptly removed all of those bogus fees. I had almost $600 in move out fees that were reduced to almost $300…so that tells you they were trying to get over and I’m so glad I took pics and videos. My gut told me too. Maintenance guys are the best tho! Very personable, professional, and friendly and willing to help! The complex also has events through out the year..food trucks…fall festivals…free ice cream on some days….loved all of that! And even outside of the events my son experienced (always being asked for his pool pass……I’ve never been asked for mine or witnessed anyone else being asked….he was also asked to leave the gym on 1 occasion when he was 17 years old….6’2….240 plus pounds with a beard and mustache at the time bc “he wasn’t 18” but yet MUCH smaller younger kids were allowed in both the pool and gym with no adult or pass present). He’s 19 now and he stopped using their amenities altogether bc of the harrassment. He joined Bartlett Rec instead. Outside of that the pool seemed like it was ALWAYS a vibe in the summers and I only watched from my balcony most of the time."
"Karen was just awesome and delightful! She answered all of my questions. Took extra time to show me around two times mind you. I’m from the Pacific Northwest and all here is very new to me. Of all the rental communities I’ve seen in the the area I have found my new home. Thank you Karen!"
"The apartment rooms are spacious, clean and move-in ready. I love the two bedrooms with ensuite full bathrooms. Kids can catch school bus out of the gated area in front of apartments. Beautiful! I love it!"
