"No hot water for 4 days now… they will only say the plumber has been out and says its fixed give it time to heat up. How is this the slightest bit acceptable? Broken washers, loud upstairs neighbors w kids all through the night. Cant get out of here soon enough. Edit: now 5 days no hot water"

"The hotel staff is unprofessional... and very rude. They went out of their way to make my stay very uncomfortable. I was laughed at and mocked during my stay..my room was also refused payment by a third party for no reason. The hotel staff lied about my room being paid for and the dates. Then after I question the manager about it nothing was done. Instead he laughed in my face and told me there was nothing he could do. Three credit card release forms where sent and filled out by my case worker and no return from the hotel staff about payment. I would advice anyone to stay away from this hotel and location ."

"Guests are allowed to leave trash around the dumpsters & stairwells without any repercussions (but a barking dog will cause the office to scold you). Parents allow their children to play with sticks & rocks around other people's vehicles. Laundry facility is hit & miss. Wifi & cable like to randomly stop working (don't expect to get your money's worth even tho those complimentary services are included in your payment)"

"So glad it's under new management/ownership, it's much cleaner than before (I used to drive past daily) and the police patrols the parking lot a few times per night, which does a lot for safety. The rooms look newly painted and refurnished. Wifi is picking up great, the cable TV isn't "fuzzy" like you'd encounter in lots of other motels. The office staff has been super friendly, and very welcoming. It's much quieter than I expected, since we're right on Hwy 64 (traffic, but can't hear it). I also really like how the elevator is kinda central, as I have a bad hip and can't really do the stairs. Centrally located to everything (on the Hwy, down the street from the mall and so many restaurants) I certainly recommend this place to anyone looking for a place for a few weeks (or a few months). Oh yeah, the price perks kick butt too! Rent goes down after 30 days of paying on time, then again after 90 days of paying on time!- have you ever heard of that in an extended stay or apartment before?! I gave it four stars instead of five because you can't turn left out of the parking lot because of the median. But that's the only drawback I've found."
