"I was very disappointed with Serenity Nails. I was looking forward to a nice manicure and pedicure however it was the opposite. The lady was throwing my hands (Ally), and were continually pointing at my feet and laughing. I did not appreciate them talking about me in their language. I felt attacked about their personal comments and did not appreciate the lady (Ally) following my mom and asking for a tip. She deserved nothing, and I will never be going back. Another lady (Betty) made it un enjoyable and was so rough on the feet. All this place cares about is pushing through customers to get more MONEY. They don’t care how your nails look. NEVER GOING BACK"

"On Nov 18 I got my gel manicure. A couple days later , my nail got infected and after a week I went to the doctor because of the pain. Doctor did a surgery to drain the infection and it hurts so much. I attached a photo to this comment. I don't know the name of the person that did my manicure but please be aware and emphasis to not go deep on you nails"

"I went here to get a fill on a manicure that lasted me 4 weeks zero chips The lady that did my nails (Betty) was rough with the removal of the gel but did a good job on the shape. She however did not at all make the fill look good. There is a clear line on every nail where the old acrylic was. I got a black French design which was pretty bad and done improperly (I’ve had good French nails done before) the gel bubbled up very badly and when I pointed it out she aggressively filed the whole nail off did it again and it somehow looked worse. I was given a full refund which is the only reason this place gets one start. The gel chipped off two days after I got this set. The acrylic is now (7 days later) chipping off on every single nail. My nails are so messed up. This salon has no idea what they are doing do not go."
