"I normally like this place but I feel like it's lost its charm. The first time I came there was a sweet young lady with her kids up front, everyone was friendly and they did a great job. But the last two times they really didn't put much effort into their work. This last time she didn't do the full 5 mins of massage, the timer beeped as she was finishing wiping my legs with the warm towel. And honestly, I would pay more for the 10 or 15m massages if I knew they'd be good, but they just lightly rub your feet and legs...not an actual massage that helps stressed feet (this has been the case the last 2 times). They're also pretty bold with their facial expressions with one another and giggling, pretty obviously at your expense for whatever reason. One of these days I'm going to use one of those live digital translators while I'm there. There was also another lady waiting for quite a while looking annoyed and 2 people sitting around snacking and on their phones, I'd assume on a break? Maybe take those breaks out on a walk or something... Honestly, I think they just know people will tip because it's customary, so they don't really have to try so hard. The last comment I'll leave is that about a week ago, I tried calling in around 5pm to see if they were busy or if I could drop in at 6 for a pedicure. Left a message, nothing. Called again at 6 and it went to VM again. So I drove by around 6, parked, looked inside and a woman and a man were just sitting around on their phones, obviously ignoring the calls. I decided to just go home that night because I didn't think they'd be motivated to do a good job. Considering the next time I came in I had the experience mentioned at the beginning, I bet I would have been right. I'm going to try out a few other places in the area... Hopefully the owners see this review and have a serious talk with their staff. Disappointing as I'd thought I'd really found a gem. It's getting hard to find good nail places."
"I love my nails! Awesome customer service! Will be back:)"
"I walked in and asked about getting my nails done. The lady at the desk asked, "May I help you, looking at me strange. And seemed kind of rude the way she said it.. I started to tell her what I wanted, but as soon as I got the first sentence out. I got cut off and was told they are too busy. She did not even offer an appointment. They were pretty busy. I went to my car and was going to call and schedule an appointment. However, I saw you can book online. I booked an appointment for 2 pm the same day. When I came back, I walked in 7 minutes early to my appointment. It was much slower. She asked me again saying can I help you?""" I said I have an appointment at 2 pm. She was looking at her calendar, and I showed her my appointment online. She said she was very busy and asked me if i could wait for a little bit. I said sure. 3 people walked in behind me, who also had an appointment at 2 pm. but was about 5 min late to their appointment. She took all 3 that was in a group idmeadatly, which said they also booked online. Then 2 people that booked at 2.30 pm came in at 2.30 and said they had an appointment and she took them immediately. 15 mins after that, I finally got her attention after standing at the desk, and she said I do not have time to do you." I don't usually jump to conclusions, but I do believe this was discrimination for being lgbt. Trans mtf. Either way, they are not honnering appointment times and just leave some people sit there."
"It's been a while since I came here for a pedicure, but it was so nice seeing the lovely staff that work here. They are so kind and do great work. I have ingrown nails on my big toes. It is so much nicer to allow the lady to care for my feet In honor of my friend who used to invite me for pampering time and pedicures at this shop. My dear friend and soul sister passed in October 2019. In honor of her, I had them paint my nails for March and St. Patrick's month."
"Short version: Did not keep my appointment and 2 nails chipped in less than 48 hours. Long version: Arrived at 3 PM on the dot for my appointment. Was asked to wait. After 16 minutes (and no staff appearing to be even close to done with other clients), I stood up and asked the staff if they'd be able to begin soon or if I should leave. I was then helped but I clearly wouldn't have been if I hadn't asked. There was no reason for this delay; they're simply the type of place to see dollar signs above any walk-in and won't turn people away even if they have an appointment coming in shortly. Decent application of gel polish, but 2 nails chipped in 2 days. I'm an office worker with no children and to be honest I didn't even wash my hair in those 2 days so there is really no reason this should have happened. Gel manicure was $40 so it's not like this is a super bargain place. Would not recommend. It was pretty clean and the nail tech was nice."
