"DONT GO! Absolutely horrible job for a simple manicure. I didn’t even want polish, just to have the cuticles cut and nails filed which usually is a lovely experience elsewhere and looks good. She took 5 minutes to make my nails look worse than before. It was $23. My cuticles are still hanging off and my nails have scratches from the buff. Also horrible music. Would give zero stars if possible. Just go to the one by rite aid on Santa Fe."

"I stumbled upon NailPop when I was Yelping for a new nail salon. I’ve been 3 times now and each time have been impressed! Shelly did my nails this time and she was great! She checked the shape with me, asked to make sure I didn’t need any adjustments etc. And the price is reasonable too. I will be back every time!"

"Nailpop has walking but I don’t understand why they don’t take the same time and care to do walk-in nails as they do to people with appointments. Today, I stop with out appointment to do my DipDust color replacement and everything was just fine until the end when the manager begins pushing those who are taking longer than 30 min to finish. DipDust is harder to do and for obvious reasons takes longer. My point: my nails weren’t done right, normally they finish with the Light at the end to help the color to last longer. This time he use two coats of the clear quick dry, I’m not sure if this is a new technic or what."

"First time here, will definitely not be back again unless something is done to fix this. This simple acrylic set came out unbelievably uneven, with lumpy polish that you can see was just layered on, and they just look horrible. Absolutely heartbreaking that I must go soak these off and pay another $50+ out of pocket because of this outcome. Would love for management to reachout to me, as I am very unhappy."
