"Ordered a mushroom empanada (no cheese, has caramelized onions), chai latte, and Mexican hot chocolate for here (however the drinks came in to-go cups). Received a 12oz chai latte instead of 16oz, so cashier was kind enough to let us choose a pastry from the display. We went with a slice of banana bread. Was a bit confused because we were asked to take a number but walked up to the counter to grab both our drinks and food."

"This is a great place to have a coffee, some delicious food snd soak up the good atmosphere, or just watch the world go by. Parking is a little tight, but apart from that, it’s a great spot. We had brunch here, the breakfast burritos with the tomato salsa was excellent… not too big and not all tortilla either. The caprese sandwich was huge and very tasty too. The weekend mornings here are crazy so expect a wait… but it’s worth it"

"What a cute coffee & bakery in Encinitas! I know they have multiple locations in San Diego and this location probably is my fav. The building is very impressive which was built in 1888, and it was very well designed. You can enjoy a nice breakfast or lunch at their patio or balcony under sunshine. Their foods are nice too, I had a lox bagel plate and my friend had a chicken sandwich. Both of us enjoyed the meal. I recommend this cute place for sure."
