"I received the most PAINFUL gel manicure of my entire life here. I asked the nail tech to be gentle/to stop 5 or 6 times throughout the gel service, all 10 of my cuticles were bleeding the entire time which usually would signal a nail tech to pay attention, apparently not. I was holding back tears due to the pain. Additionally, when I asked her to do a 3rd coat when I saw she was applying the clear gel, she SHOVED my fingers in the UV lamp - the color is completely different from the swatch. Was looking for a new nail place in the area, it’s safe to say I’ll never be coming back. Manicures are supposed to be relaxing, but I paid $45 to watch my cuticles become mutilated. Washing my hands is beyond painful due to my peeled off skin."
