"I’ve been here twice and the first time was just ok, but the second time really left a bad taste in my mouth. I was there with my daughter (9 years old) for our birthdays for a mani pedi. The pedicure was something I really begrudged paying for at the end. When I didn’t go for the premium package, the job done was absolutely minimal. There was a 30 second sugar scrub, no massage, and my daughter kept asking for a pillow behind her as she had to slouch to reach and also the remote for her chair. Instead, her nail person carried on a conversation on her cell phone the ENTIRE time and completely ignored her. She spent the whole time ignored and uncomfortable. My fingernail job was ok, so I gave it 2 stars, but the person doing them seemed absolutely bored and made no effort to make it a pleasant experience."
