"High risk! Save your tooth, do yourself a favor and find a better dentist, Dr Reddy placed a crown on top right side which I expressed concern for being short at points and not touching. I asked whether she could do a temp and she said she could not. She creates a groove to cement the tooth. It took almost a month to be able to go in for adjustment and I expressed my concerns unable to chew on left side and pain. She chose not to do anything and wait to see if it gets worse. It did, by a lot, so that I could not open my jaw on left side and had pain. 2 months plus after placement of crown on the right, she shortened a crown on the left and asked me wait again. It did not help. I cannot chew well, I cannot eat many things including kale, meat and fruit, anything that needs chewing. I have pain sleeping, chewing or have to swallow before chewing, sneezing, yawning, etc. She only offered to cut the left side crown shorter and said it is difficult to redo the new crown and make that fit in my mouth. She said "do you know how difficult it is to cut it and make it 1 micron longer". She said "i will give your money back to go do it with someone else". It is not that simple and easy. She only offered easier option to shorten another crown on the other side which was fine before new crown. This is against any other dentist practice who make new crown fit the mouth not the opposite. The damage, the suffering that I have been going through every day and night over 3 months is beyond words. The pain travels to ears and brain and eating disability impacts health and digestion as well as emotional and quality of life. The solution I have received from consulting other dentists and specialists is redoing every work she has done."

"I have been going to Dr. Reddy's office for several years now. The staff is friendly, takes time to answer your questions and super helpful. Dr. Reddy is very knowledgeable and works with the patient in finding the best way forward for the dental problem. I recently went through the invisalign treatment with her. The first was very hard for me in terms of getting used to the continuous on the jaws of the trays but Dr. Reddy and her staff was very supportive and helped me get through it. Once I showed at Dr. Reddy's office at 8 am without an appointment frustrated with the way the tray's fit. Dr. Reddy was patient and worked with me in fixing the issue. I could not ask for more."

"I’m so excited to write this review, that it’s hard for it not to sound fake!! I used the new patient special at a different clinic in La Jolla that included cleaning , plus X-ray/exam for around $100. After the X-ray the dentist showed up and checked the X-ray and my teeth and told me I needed 5 fillings ! And asked me to make an appointment to get them done asap, for $2500, without insurance (or that I could buy the clinic’s insurance). I was so confused and frustrated: 5 cavities in the 1.5 year of covid that I didn’t see a dentist? They were so eager to get me to come asap for the fillings that I thought maybe I should get a second opinion. I looked online and found Dr Pravina. She was full of positive energy and Grace. She looked at my teeth and said , no, these are actually your teeth’s natural grooves , not holes, you don’t need any filling ! What??? Are you for real? No filling ? It was hard to believe but such a relief. I am so thankful for Dr Pravina’s honesty, she saved me so much pain (quite literally), money, time and chemical injections at the hands of her dishonest colleague just a couple of miles away. It’s been almost 2 years now and I’ve been to other dentists for cleaning (in other countries as I haven’t been in SD much), and they have confirmed all is fine with my teeth. I’ve been recommending Dr Pravina to everyone I know in SD , and finally got a chance to write this review."

"I took the treatment couple of months back. I had a pretty bad dental situation needing extraction, filling and capping. All the procedures went amazingly smooth and it was the first of its kind experience for me given i have a long history of dental problems. Dr Reddy spends good enough time explaining the diagnosis, answer all the queries and calm your nerves if your worried. My procedure passed like a breeze. The assistant and rest of the staff are very friendly and supportive. Besides price wise its less expensive. Im glad i was referred by a friend."

"This Office has a unique positive vibe/atmosphere and energy for a dentist office. Doctor spends enough time to explain and perform the treatment. Friendly staff and excellent service. Very accommodative for urgent requests. Pricing is reasonable for items not covered by insurance. Highly recommend this office for dental appointments. One of the best in the area."
