"Salon 101 used to provide decent service, but their recent decline in service quality and professionalism is quite noticeable. Their website lists their operating hours as until 4pm, yet on one occasion, I arrived at 2:30pm only to find the salon closed with a notice stating they closed early that day. On another occasion, I had a confirmed appointment for 1:30pm, and after making the effort to travel to the salon, I received a call just 10 minutes before my appointment time, informing me that the stylist had left early, and I would need to reschedule. I've never encountered such unprofessional behavior from a service-oriented business before."
