"I am the mother of an autistic little girl. I sided with this company, hoping that I could receive the best help I could get for my daughter. I was satisfied with the therapists for the first few months. However, this is the twist. Ever since the past couple of months, my daughter has not been getting good service. Firstly, I took my daughter to their new Smyrna clinic, just for a first-time session. When I picked my daughter up from the clinic, I noticed that she was limping. Because she is slightly non-verbal, my daughter wasn’t able to properly tell me that she may have been injured during the session, which she was “watched” by her therapists whilst. It wasn’t until we got home when I found out that she had definitely been injured. Secondly, they gave random strangers, apparently, they’re new employees, my address without my permission. These strangers showed up unannounced, uninvited, and unscheduled. To “train.” My question is, why did they bring these new employees to train at a client’s home, instead of just simply training them at their clinic? Adding on, yup, there’s more, this stranger had the audacity to wear her shoes and walk all over my floor with them. I ensure of a clean household, and this offended me. Thirdly, one of my daughter’s therapists came over like usual. However, my daughter is afraid of one specific trait of that therapist. Can you guess what that is? Well, I bet you got it wrong, because it’s literal coughing. The therapist would cough so terribly and so loudly, that my daughter is now afraid whenever she hears someone cough. This therapist has been coughing for at least a few months by now. Fourthly, this is when I had enough. I emailed their leadership team, explaining my perspective and experiences. Well, that was useless because I got no response. I was ignored. However, the worst part is, the company randomly decided to cut time short with my daughter… Immediately after I shared my thoughts. I was promised definitely at least more than six months, yet I only got six months. The time with them went through August 2023 – February 2024. Adding on to the fourth situation, fifthly, I was of course stunned at that bold decision. So, I confronted them. The responses I got back from my confrontations were all just poor excuses on why they stopped assisting my daughter. I was left confused by this. I had so many questions and statements to tell them, but they didn’t want to hear it! I would not recommend this company to anyone. This whole thing has been terrible. I just simply wanted the best for my daughter. And if you want the same for your child, I would suggest you go to another company. Small list • Injured foot. • Random stranger. • Coughing therapist. • Being truthful yet shut down. • Poor excuses. - Ebtisam N."
