"Doctor Sosa has a very poor bedside manner, he ranted and tried to argue about politics. Twice he lectured me about how my insurance company doesn't pay him enough. First visit he refused to do an annual cleaning- he said my teeth were clean enough. I recently broke a crown. When I contacted insurance to ensure there was coverage I was told it was. When I tried to schedule appointment and let him know that insurance would cover it, he told me it was going to cause work for him and I could choose any other dentist. Very rude and unprofessional. I do not like writing poor reviews bur if you have a HMO or like to be treated kindly do not see this dentist"

"Wow! It's been a while since l've seen a dentist and I just left my second appt with Dr Sosa. Him and his staff have been extremely professional and friendly. He definitely knows what he is doing and knows how to treat his patients to make them feel as comfortable as possible. Virtually painless extractions of my old metal fillings. "Everything at this location was of standard, even exceeding! This Dr. deserves more than 5 stars! I've had a handful of dentists work on my oral hygiene throughout my life and I have to say that Dr. Sosa is the best dentist I have encountered, bar to none. I was nervous, antsy, and apprehensive when visiting Dr. Sosa, due to my past experiences with other doctors. But, as soon as I walked into his office I was greeted by a warm atmosphere that immediately dispelled my reoccurring qualms I've had when visiting a dental office. The Doctor and his two wonderful assistants were very eager to assist me in anyway and made sure not to inconvenience me whilst I filled out the required paperwork. Dr. Sosa is a phenomenal healthcare provider and these are the reasons. At the start of the appointment Dr. Sosa was very thorough when instructing me through the process, attentive to make sure nothing went awry, considerate in that he would check up on me often, and occasionally throw in a dad joke to further help me rid of any uneasiness I might've felt. Doctor Sosa's explanation of my scans were very transparent and comprehensible. I had no questions for him save for some hypothetical question formed by my curiosity. After the check up, the Doctor did some amazing work on my teeth and did so in a very reassuring manner. Whilst my teeth were being cleaned, the assistant and Doctor were great to have around as they would talk, make jokes and even include me in their conversation. I was taken through every step of the process so as to have an idea of what was happening and more importantly, why it was happening. Overall, I would highly recommend Dr. Sosa's dental office to anyone in need of dental care. His professionalism, expertise, and exceptional patient care are truly outstanding. His assistants and dad jokes are the icing on the cake. Together, they make a truly exceptional team, and I look forward to visiting their office again in the future."

"my brother and i received excellent service from dr sosa and his staff. i needed a few fillings replaced (and need to return for an extraction) and my brother had a serious case of calculus (tartar) and needed a deep cleaning. my brother is a developmentally disabled adult and can be a difficult patient to deal with. dr sosa and his staff handled him beautifully. they were kind and patient and professional and made him feel completely comfortable throughout the entire process. he was actually happy to go to the dentist! we will be returning for more services soon. thank you dr sosa and team."
