"This place is trash!!! By far the worst dental place in Vista. Do Not Waste Your Money Here. The orthodontist will cancel appointments on you prolonging your dental treatment and they make it very difficult to reschedule. THEY NEVER ANSWER THE PHONE!! Worst experience I’ve ever had in a dental place."

"This place is garbage. I chose this dentistry for an oral surgeon and had to get a referral for approval of the surgery I needed for a wisdom teeth extraction. I handed them the referral back in November 2023 and they advised me it was going to take thirty days for me to hear a response back whether or not the referral was approved or not. I contacted them the following month in December after I noticed it has been more than thirty days from that day. When I contacted them they said they hadn’t even submitted the referral yet! But they were going to do it immediately. Once again I called them again in January after more than thirty days and they had told me that they had barely submitted the referral that month just a couple days ago from that day I called. It is now February and it has been more than thirty days once again and they still haven’t contacted me to let me know what’s going on. I have been patient but now this is just ridiculous. I’ve been calling their office throughout the day and they never answer, I’ll leave them voicemails and still nothing. It’s hard to believe this place is still open for business."

"Worst Dentist office ever. The orthodontist is a joke and cancels appointments constantly. My son has had more appointments rescheduled than not. Now we are waiting to get his braces off, and his appointment has been rescheduled a third time, and every time, it's 6 to 8 weeks out. I had a whole workup done, and they started the work, then told me I would have to find a different office to do the root canal and come back to them. That's not happening! You're better off going to Mexico"
