"I typically hate going to the dentist office, but this place feels like home. EVERYONE is so nice, have a great sense of humor, and genuinely cares about how I'm feeling. I stopped going to the dentist for around 4 years due to the pandemic and then having a child and when I came back it felt like I never left. I would never go to another practice as long as I'm in San Diego!"

"I was surprised to find out the new patient appointment I scheduled didn't include a cleaning. It just included x-rays and a brief exam, where the dentist told me I had inflamed gums and needed to come back for a deep cleaning. He was unfriendly and short with me when I asked follow up questions, and just said "this is my diagnosis I can't change it". I have never had any gum/dental problems and go to the dentist every 6 months, so I was surprised by this and went to get a second opinion. I went to another dentist later the same week, who said my teeth and gums are very healthy and had no idea what this guy was talking about. It felt like he was trying to trick me into paying for a more expensive cleaning just because I was a new patient. Would not recommend. The office also felt very old/outdated, the exam chair was not comfortable and the exam room felt very dimly lit. Only pros were that the receptionists were very nice, and I didn't have to wait long at all."

"Dr. Saldana did a wonderful job on the crown and pulling of the big molar. He was very careful that I wouldn't feel pain. His assistant was also very helpful and pleasant. The whole experience was very relaxing. Such a great job! The front office staff was thorough in addressing some issues and pleasant as well. I really enjoy all of you."

"Honestly the place is old, dated, and feels dirty. the ladies at the front desk were nice, the rest of the staff was mediocre. I don’t even know the name of my dentist. He wasn’t super welcoming. Coming from someone that only had one cleaning there…I wasn’t impressed. Weird they don’t have the same hygienist clean your teeth the entire time. I waited 15 minutes in between the first person and second person to come and and finish polishing my teeth. The women who polished my teeth was rough with the tools inside my mouth. It was not a pleasant experience to say the least. She also was very sloppy with the varnish they put on your teeth. She got it all over my face… l left after thinking WTH?? This review comes from someone who only goes to the dentist 2X a year for basic teeth cleanings because I have zero other teeth issues. I wouldn’t let this place clean my teeth again. There’s better offices out there."
