There was no horrible wait time and everyone was so friendly. I am terrified of having anything done to my mouth but I have to say, as far as dental experiences go, this was very pleasant. "Started off OK and then it went downhill, mainly Dr. Chalks OM, Jack who is completely unorganized and unethical. It's unfortunate because I found Dr. Chalk to be a decent dentist. Jack can be condescending and not upfront regarding insurance information. It was quite frustrating for me when I went in with my desire to have everything I needed done but not given any direction as to what is next. I had to suggest the next procedure since they mostly provided me with no real direction other than seeing specialist since they couldn't provide some basic services."
