"I couldn't say I like this place! Was there yesterday for a cleaning. The 20 minutes cleaning routine didn't seem to elevate my experience with clean teeth. Was asked if I wanted some recommended extra treatments (like Laser). But after I kindly and firmly declined the offer. I was led to be taken some X-ray that I was never told why. And a dentist came and looked at my teeth for about 40 seconds and never told me anything about the result of his "examination". Then I was let go."

"The most comfortable experience I have had at a dentist. They made me feel comfortable with making the choice that is best for me and my dental health. They make sure everything is done at the pace you are most comfortable with. Letting me split my cleaning times if I would like and making sure I wasn’t feeling any discomfort while it was happening. Which is great because I have dental anxiety like many people, and they really helped ease me into everything they were doing for me. "My expectations were exceeded by all three staff members that I interacted with today at Vista Dental Group! Who did I interact with you ask? Angelina, Elizabeth and Dr. Darren Do! This was my first appointment at Vista Dental Group and I had the standard “new dentist jitters”. Angelina warmly and promptly greeted me and got me started on completing my medical history using a freshly sanitized ThinkPad. Elizabeth escorted me back for a full series of mouth and jaw x-rays . . . and for the first time ever, I had my blood pressure checked while at a dental office! What a great approach to teaching patients that their oral hygiene should be taken as seriously as their overall health! Dr. Do inspected each tooth and did some other “doctor stuff” then turned me back over to Elizabeth for finishing touches. The team stayed on schedule and were all very kind and respectful. You can tell they all get along nicely. It felt like a positive, professional environment and everyone “knows their stuff”. The parking lot is easy to get in and out of and there were plenty of spaces available. There are four or five restaurants right within that plaza so you can bring dinner home and enjoy it with your sparkling, pearly whites! Thank you Dr. Darren Do and staff for making this a positive experience! See you in six months!"

"I have been coming to Vista Dental and Dr. Darren Do since 2010. I first came because it was near my work and they accommodated lunchtime appointments. I no longer work in Vista but continue to drive from Escondido because I am so happy with this dentist. Dr. Do is very nice and knowledgeable, and always meets with me personally during every visit. He gives always me feedback on my oral care which I appreciate. His staff is professional and they work quickly to get me in and out in a timely manner (very important for this busy mama!) They never try to upsell me on treatment or products that I don’t need (many dentists do). I would highly recommend Vista Dental to anyone who is looking for a new dentist. I’ve been so happy with this dentist that now my husband and both of our kids (ages 11 & 13) are all patients and have been for many years.
