"We needed to find a new dentist who took our insurance. It was not easy as we have an HMO. Got a recommendation from someone who suggested Dr. Riviera practicing at Gentile Dental in Vista. We had a complete exam, both my husband and I had many issues with our teeth. It was shocking to see all that needed to be done. Fortunately I have a niece who is a dental hygienist now working for a large insurance company who specializes in appeals so she is on top of all things teeth. I was able to send her all the x- rays for a second opinion and she more than agreed that all Dr. said was accurate and needed and felt our past dentist was neglectful. She assured me the prices were very fair. While getting the work done we felt well taken care of from all the staff and the doctor and all staff were kind comfortable and knowledgeable. "I've had 3 appts at Gentle Dental Vista and each one has been so great! Every single person on staff from the front desk (Olivia, I believe) to Dr. Rivera, Gemma and the other 2 hygienists (I'm sorry for drawing a blank on your names!!) - they are all so kind, welcoming, knowledgeable and professional. My oral hygiene has also improved significantly since I began visiting Gentle Dental Vista. Each treatment plan is well explained and the costs are always made clear upfront as well before beginning anything. I can't say more positive things about this place!"
