"This is so far one of the best agencies in town, they are very professional and understanding, working with them has been such a wonderful experience."

"Some Great people work there but a lot just care about the money over caring for the individual. There are some FMPs that care but a lot are hit and miss. I would not recommend group effort if someone has a service animal as most FMPs throw a fit over having a service animal especially a kitten or a cat. If you are moving from group effort to another agency good luck trying as they will use all their effort to be an obstacle as well as when reporting an fmp or a member of staff for clearly mistreating or taking advantage of the individual. Their investigating unit is made up of people who know and are friends with the majority of fmps there is no impartiality when the individuals need them to be impartial the most especially in the cases where there is direct evidence and witnesses. The agency group effort of TN needs a lot more effort to be made to get up to a five star review from me. Many people care about their job as soon as they are at the rank of case manager or higher but when it comes to the individual fmps. resources are not always provided when they are needed the most to help alleviate the chances of burnout which in turn leads to abuse and neglect of the very individual that is receiving services from group effort. If they would take the time to learn the individuals they are providing for then maybe this review would not have been needed in the first place. I am one of the individuals that is currently experiencing this system. Please understand I am just trying to create an opportunity for change and improvement of services with those with unique challenges and disabilities."
