A special gratitude to Paula, she is the best dental assistant I have ever had. Makes me laugh every time I visit this clinic. Overall, very satisfied with their service and professionalism."

"Great Dental practice ! I had the pleasure of working with Rakenya , the team and Dentist to get everything started. I have been putting my teeth off for a while but decided it was finally time. They started with the exam and cleaning to get an idea of what we are working with but what stood out to me vs other practices is how they broke everything down beautifully and understandable. I have so far had a cleaning and multiple fillings done and the quality of work is just impeccable ! Highly recommend !!!"

"My main reason choosing this practice was that they had appointments on Saturday. The office is very nice, clean and equipped with a lot of fancy, new equipment. Their current hygienist is very good too. This is where good things stop. The office staff is very frustrating. It seems they have a huge turnover, I came there 3 times and they always had new people who have no clue what they are doing. I randomly got texts about appointments I never scheduled and had to call them to cancel them. This last experience was my last time coming there. I scheduled an appointment and they sent me texts to fill out forms which I did and then they asked me to verify insurance. I thought knowing how bad this office is I would rather verify it in person. Little did I know that they will cancel my appointment without notifying me because I never called back about insurance even though I filled out the forms for the appointment. They said they still can see me but after 70 minutes wait I just had to leave to go back to work. If you want to deal with constant issues with wrong appointments and having your real appointments cancelled without any notification, this place is for you."

"I had a great experience. The whole staff was very professional and checked on me periodically to make sure I wasn’t in any pain during the process. The Smalltalk made me feel comfortable in a sense where I didn’t feel like I was just a patient but working with people who truly loved their career. Thanks again and keep up the excellent work."

"This place is only good for routine checkups. Been coming here since 2019 and never had any issues until now when I need actual care and a procedure done. All of this under Rakenya management. This office failed to submit a pre-authorization on June 27. I called a month later to follow up July 26 to find out it was never submitted in June. Reason for care was a filling that fell off THREE TIMES from this office poor work. This office does not practice verification of eligibility until you wasted time and money to pay for downtown parking. Got turned away three times when they could have easily verified the previous day to notify patient something was wrong to prevent the patient from wasting efforts. Request was denied from Manager for a corporate number when I was scheduled for an appointment today that was scheduled BY THE MANAGER yesterday and the office was closed (picture attached of empty office at 2pm on Wednesday). Front desk staff is very unapologetic of their mistakes and make no effort to make it right for the patient."
