"Dr. Parsley was very thoughtful and thorough. Best eye exam I had ever had. Wonderful doctor. I'm so glad to have found her. The person who helped me find the perfect pair of glasses and with my fitting is an absolute darling. Gracious, kind, and informative. The receptionist was very patient with me. I was being a bit moody from working all night. Overall, a delightful experience. Understand that the glasses run a little high. It's not Walmart. But, you are getting quality care and they'll happily work with you to make sure you're happy."
"I got new glasses from here and bubbles started forming in the lenses. I warranty them and get new lenses. Four days go by and there are bubbles forming in the exact same spot already (it's on the inside of the lense by the way). My warranty is up. It feels like someone is holding their finger up to my eye all the time. I don't have insurance so I paid a lot of money out of pocket for these. I've worn glasses my whole life and have never had this problem."
"I was long overdue for an eye exam and finally got tired of losing all of my reading glasses (which I now know were the wrong strength anyway!). There are a lot of options for local eye care businesses, and I chose Hermitage Eyecare based on reviews, location, and because they were providers through my insurance and had appointments available within just a few days. I am extremely happy with my visit! Dr. Ditto was very personable and easy to talk to, and thoroughly explained every aspect of the exam and findings. Tasha was also great, and helped me pick out frames and lenses that were the right fit, look and price point. From the check-in process to check-out, was a pleasant experience with lots of frames and styles to choose from. I'm finally looking forward to having a pair of glasses I can put on my face and leave there, which I'll have soon. Highly recommend!"
"I just had the best experience here! I honestly hate going to the doctor and procrastinated getting my eye exam, but from the minute I walked into Hermitage Eye Care, I felt comfortable and taken care of! Everyone at the front desk was so kind and helpful, and I saw Dr. Jessica Ditto for my eye exam. She walked me through the whole exam process, always asked before touching me or moving me, and even talked me through the photos of my eye so I knew what everything meant. I’ve never had that kind of time spent on me as a patient before. It was such a wonderful experience, I’m almost sad I won’t have to come back for another year! ❤️"
"I never give bad reviews, but my entire experience at Hermitage Eye Care went downhill after my eye exam. Dr. Ditto was pleasant but.... I went in with my old glasses that I could see fine out of, except they were scratched and worn so I needed a new pair. I hadn't had an eye exam in over 3 years and went there because of the high ratings. After my eye exam, I picked out some glasses (be warned... they are EXPENSIVE). Once I was notified that my glasses were ready, I went back and literally could not see out of my left eye. The prescription they gave me was wrong. So then they apparently scanned my old glasses and just duplicated that prescription and ordered new ones. I got a text that they were ready, went in and they were NOT ready. Told them to call me when they were indeed ready. Went back again (4th time in less than a month!) and they only had my lenses, NOT the frames! So they scrambled in the back room and somehow found the frames I wanted and put the lenses in. I have had them for a week and they are uncomfortable and the lenses seemed cheap for what I paid. Decided to order some online with my old prescription for $200 less and they are perfect. Won't go to Hermitage Eye Care ever again."
