Dr. Loo is so great! I just went in to fix a filling repair. She can work fast and skillfully during a procedure. The appointment was over in record time. Plus, she is very sensitive to other people's pain threshold. On my last visit, I had plaque buildup that was removed. She kept on checking with me, reminding me to tell her if it hurt as she examined some tender area on my gums. What a relief! Thank you, Dr. Loo!"

"As I am new to North San Diego County, I needed to find a new dentist. And I don't like visiting dental offices. I don't like the sound of dental tools. First thing you notice is that Dr. Loo looks so young (she attributes to her vegan diet and her exercise habit) that makes you wonder if she is a new/fresh out-of-school dentist. But according to her license on the Dental Board of California website, Dr. Loo has been practicing the dentistry for 19 years! As mentioned before, I was very anxious as I settled down to the treatment chair. Dr. Loo started to laugh when I was gripping the arm rest until my knuckles turned white. She assured me that she will do everything she can to minimize my pain and make me feel comfortable. I didn't say it out loud but thought in my head, "Well, we'll see about that." And what do you know! It was really good! I hardly felt any pain! You know, I have been to about 10 different dentists throughout my life. And I must say Dr. Loo has been the "MOST PAINLESS" experience ever! That does not mean, she did a quick and dirty job. No! She took time. In fact, she went beyond the appointment time to ensure all my oral health issues have been taken care of. She didn't have to do that. But she really cares. Also, I hate some dentists or dental hygienists who just assume you are comfortable as they shove suctions or instruments in your mount. Not Dr. Loo. She was very meticulous. She was paying attention to my body languages and asked me often if I was comfortable. She would adjust the positions of those instruments to provide the maximum comfort. What an experience! This was amazing dental visit indeed! Well, I have a new appointment with her on a tooth that my previous dentist had taken out. (I feel my previous dentist was all about making money for himself.) Dr. Loo looked at my X-rays from the previous dental office. She thinks the tooth could have been saved instead of being extracted. I wish I had come to Dr. Loo instead of him. I am not as anxious to see Dr. Loo for my next dental appointment for an implant. Anybody who is looking for dentist that is well seasoned and experienced and cares for patient's oral health, I highly recommend Dr. Loo."
