"My nail techs were nice, but the front desk clerk Jetta had a horrible attitude problem when I asked her why the prices on the menu did not match the website or the printed menu presented by the techs... she stated that she did not know they even had a website... there was no manager available... they recently increased their prices... and she was not in charge of pricing or advertisements. Additionally, they charge for gel polish removal (sanding/not soaking)... an additional $10 but don't disclose that."

"worst place EVER. The customer service is awful. Racial discrimination. They assumed I couldn’t afford a $80 set. WRONG. I get my nails done all the time and I like to try new nail salons every once in awhile to see what type of experiences I get. I like to get full sets medium sometimes long, price ranges between $80-$100 depending what designs and if I want French tips with a different color. I get the rhinestones, but this time I wanted to do something simple. I got to the nail salon around 1:45 ish, didn’t end until 4:15. The red head lady rude as hell no greeting, attitude, gave me a nail technician who was in training I presume, I should them both my nail inspo and said that they could do it. Something easy and simple. Before starting the full set, I had previous nails on before BUT I clipped them down myself at home so I wouldn’t be charge the whole amount for a soak off. I had remaining 7 nails left that needed to be taken off. The lady started the process of ripping my nails with another fake nail and said “where did you get these done? Mexico?” And I said no and felt uncomfortable. I asked why and she said “it’s to hard to take off, they used dental powered on your nails .” And I was like uh no it’s acrylic powder. I brushed off her remark but she proceeded to make her smart remarks towards me. The lady gave me those ugly witch nails, didn’t cut down right, sloppy application process thick and wide. She didn’t trim the nail nor shape them, I said to her if she was going to shape before applying the application. She said yes later later but later never came. I kept looking at my nails and asked if she could fix it. She never did. Then she started painting my nails didn’t do it right, she did one hand two coats with no top coat, and the other one coat but with top coat. At the end she gave me the total. She said I charged extra because the length was extra long. I said these aren’t long, these are medium short why am I being charged so much. She ignored and said to pay. I went to the front they asked how was everything and explained to them on what happened. The owner got involved and seemed like I wasn’t being reasonable enough about what happened. I told them I didn’t like them and wanted the nails to be taken off. They said we can fix it and I said no I don’t want it to be fixed if you guys already did a sloppy job in the first place. I told them give me the nail clippers and I can cut them down they said no and wanted me to pay full price. I was already late to my next appointment. I told them I can get them soaked off and they said if you leave you have to pay full price but be refunded when I come back. I went back to get them soaked off but only got back $40. The remaining balance went to the two soak offs. But $20 each??????? Doesn’t make sense. The owner wasn’t there so I went the next day to try to explain what happened. Then that rude red head lady interrupted and said why am I complaining I got my money back. And I said I’m not complaining I’m simply asking a question about how is it fair for a customer to pay full price for nails that I didn’t walk out with. Basically paid for nails that I never received. WOW. I was talking to the owner and red head lady had no business being part of the conversation because I was not talking to her."

"Beautiful nails better quality than most, definitely way too expensive so I try to get a simple color. I get the gel x nails. They usually are pretty good at keeping your appointment time so that’s awesome."
