"Monica cut my hair two days ago and it is so chopped and uneven, so I went back today to try to remedy the botched job. The lady that spoke English would not give me my money back, so I could go get my hair fixed somewhere else, and she said she would try to help me later today, but she wouldn't tell me a time after I asked three times. She got angry when I mentioned doing a review with photos on Facebook. Then she flat out refused to make my hair better and refused to give me my money back. So, I have to let others see the haircut photo I requested for my haircut versus what I ended up getting from Monica two days ago. You tell me if you would be satisfied with this haircut?"

"My first visit today. Nice folks. Relaxing atmosphere.. my permanent came out wonderful. No more will I be sitting and waiting at Fantastic Sams.. They make appointments if you want one, also take walk ins & I was pleasantly surprised at the great price too! I have found someplace that I’ll be a regular at. Highly recommend!!
