"I normally go to a different location. This was my first time here and already the manager made me feel uncomfortable, I could just tell the associates working with her were intimidated by her. As I continued to shop I witnessed the manager shout at a little girl to go back to her mother. The child wasn’t doing anything. In my opinion it’s not her place to tell the little girl anything. You should ask the mother (adult) to ask her daughter to join her due to safety purposes. Especially if her mother is right in front of you. I could tell the customer got bothered as I would in that situation. When time comes for me to check out. I noticed something was more expensive than what it was displayed as. The manager said “sometimes kids misplace things” I said this wasn’t misplaced, all the items are there” she proceeded in blaming the “kids”. Which she was rude about because at that point I felt it would have been best to price match and go fix the display to keep her customer happy. I don’t mind paying extra at all. I just didn’t like the managers attitude the entire time. It wasn’t warm or inviting at all. This Sally’s location seriously should reconsider management or management training."

"Honestly best customer service ever, the girls there are so knowledgeable of the products they sale and even give you tips for hair care. I go to Sally’s very often since I purchase all of my hair care and hair styling products there. Love it, I’ve been to other stores where they tell you “ I can’t tell you because I’ve never use it” as opposed here where the girls always have an answer. Can’t say enough good things about the store or the girls that work there. Definitely best Sally’s store in the Inland Empire."
