"I usually love going here because Anna does such an amazing job threading my eyebrows. However when I went in to get my eyebrows threaded like usual and my upper lip waxed, I walked out with a burning sensation. I am not sure what the lady did to me when she waxed, all I know is my skin was gone. Anna did a phenomenal job with my eyebrows as per usual. I just wish the lady who had waxed me had not taken off my skin. So painful and horrible timing, definitely would not go back to wax. If you’re gonna go, ask for Anna to do your eyebrows, she is amazing!"

"I normally see one of two ppl, one is now pregnant and the other happens to be the owner so it’s really hard getting in with either one. I decided to try someone new because I had to get my eyebrows done to ready myself for my brother’s memorial service. I let Ritu know what was going on and how I needed them to be perfect and she understood the assignment! What’s even better, her schedule works well with mine."

"I’ve been here once before and today was extremely disappointing. I cried after realizing what had happened. I went in for eyebrow waxing and she completely butchered my eyebrows. Super uneven and I have two arches on ONE BROW. She also dropped wax in my hair and I had to cut my hair off because it was so much and I couldn’t get it off. Honestly I can’t even explain how bad it looks but even my nail lady told me it looked bad. I’m so sad and devastated. I look horrible. Remove your waxing services if you don’t have a professional employee doing it. Lady was nice but I am never coming back."

"Normally I have a great experience when I go here, however my last visit was very unpleasant. It was two days before Christmas, they were very busy, and the lady who waxed my eyebrows was in a rush. She burned my skin with the wax and when I mentioned the burns she brushed it off and told me that my skin was just “too sensitive.” I’ve had hundreds of eyebrow waxes in my life and have never been burned before. No apologies or attempts to make it right by offering a discount, no charge, or whatever. Just blaming the customer’s skin and taking no responsibility. The lack of care, rushed service, and the inability to make it right when a mistake was made is what upsets me the most. I won’t be coming back here again."

"Haven't had my brows done in about a year. Maya took no time at all to clean and shape up my brows. In and out within 15 min. Great job. Will definitely be coming back often for a clean up."
