"Unfortunately they could not help me with what I wanted and I ended up paying for nothing. Be sure to talk to your stylist about what you truly want before you do your hair. Sounds obvious but I payed the price. And they try to justify their bad work. What a joke. Anyways, find a better place for your hair everybody. This place is unprofessional."
"My first haircut here was amazing, gave me exactly what I'd asked for. Turned out exactly like the pictures i showed her and how i described. 2nd hair appointment was at 4:15. Booked it online exactly like i did the 1st appointment. The salon was locked and she never showed up, waited a while after appointed time and still no awnser. Tried to call the number on the door but no awnser. I should only give 1 star but the 1st haircut appointment was amazing."
