"I arrived 3 mins after scheduled time of appointment 15 past early check in and was not seen until 12:30, my appointment time at 10:30. I waited for another couple X-rays to be done and was bounced around to multiple waiting rooms. In the meantime between my sedation they did the same procedure on a different patient that arrived after me. By then I was hot and decided never again that was the last time lack of understanding and patience poor communication had me thinking there’s no more point in coming back. I was given 4 shots of sedative and lost all feeling in the right side of my face. As they began the procedure I was choking on my own spit asked is this normal and was told it’s your saliva, hands touching uncovered lights than back to my mouth, tools placed on my chin after being in my mouth, on top of that my tongue is being sliced by a sharp part of a crown in the bottom inside of my mouth. I can barely swallow and am worried I have an infection overall I was told a hr procedure yet didn’t leave until after 1:30. There is more but I will end it on that due to the fact I have now made a run on thesis(sentence) I just do this do raise awareness so nobody goes through this. I had a female Dentist of Arabic and or Middle East decent I can’t recall her name. Makes me sad because Jackie a woman who helped me get priced for braces and surgery is incredible and diligent looked forward to working with her in the future and making this my primary dentist location. I hope in the future regardless of what the Dentist thinks or what they may be going through they pay more consideration and patience to people who decide to provide patronage to their location coming from a private practice in Yorba Linda I see the difference in treatment and gentle care this is why people hate going to the dentist. P.S Amy was very Kind I would leave 2 stars because of Jackie and Amy but I cannot"
