"Called and made an appointment. I was there a few minutes early and was taken in right away. Chardonnay was my stylist and she did a Perfect job cutting my hair in a long layered bob.she listened to my concerns and wants which was much appreciated and my hair turned out just the way I wanted it. I Will go back again"

"Love having a scheduled appointment just for them to skip over me, for someone who had just walked in twice!! When my appointment was at 4:30 got there 5mins early and had to wait an additional 30mins after my scheduled appointment time. Absolutely ridiculous"

"I scheduled an appointment for a haircut for myself and my son at 3:30 pm. I showed up approximately 10 min early. My family was not greeted nor checked in until 5 min passed my scheduled time. A few more minutes go by and another family walks in and same as him was not greeted nor checked in until after some wait to which he received the note that they are behind. Still nothing said to me. After about 20 min past my scheduled time I looked up to see all barbers/stylist have completely disappeared. That left 3 young lady’s sitting in a chair waiting to get their hair finished and still not a single word or update was given to me about mine or my son’s hair cut."
