"Really wanted to love this place but unfortunately I didn’t have a good experience. My hairstylist Chelsey did not deliver what so ever. I have dark brown hair and went in for highlights and came out with orange warm tone hair with splotchy spots. A girls worst nightmare!! I’ve never had my hair turn out orange/brassy before so I was shocked. Her work on Instagram looks beautiful but my hair did not. Although she did attempt to fix it for free which was very kind of her. Overall I would not recommend especially if you have dark brown hair."
