"I started going to Shabana at Art I Brow 3 years ago for threading. They do excellent work and are always welcoming and quick. About 2 years ago I had my brows micro bladed and I was thrilled! "I went here for the first time earlier this week, just wanted a simple eyebrow clean up after letting my brows grow for 2 months. I specifically asked for a clean up, emphasized I didn't want thin brows. I ended up with shaped thin brows, that THEY liked. I expressed I wasn't happy with the outcome, I was given the service for free. They also offered henna makeup on my brows, I absolutely don't wear make up, I'm all natural, which is why I just wanted a brow clean up, so I declined. The customer service was good, the service itself was not."
