"I spent over five hours here and was charged a lot for a botched hair color I could’ve done at home. SMH! She wanted me to come back but I just wanted at least half of my money back. Seems like they lack experience with black curly hair. I thought I was going to a professional. They need equipment for all hair types and to be educated on how to do black women's natural hair, especially the assistant."
