"Don’t bother coming no one listens to you and I’ve had the same issue that continues to happened and the first one is the reason I’m switching doctors. 1. The most recent issue and the reason I’m switching doctors is that I was charged not only for one flu test that I never received but charged TWICE FOR A TEST I NEVER EVEN HAD DONE. I’ve tried calling the billing person and left messages asking to discuss my bill and no one called me back. 2. Since I’ve been married (2017) I have changed my address and last name, I’ve told them the necessary changes I needed to make to my account and I have filled out paperwork to update my information but somehow my invoices still keep getting sent to my parents address with my maiden name on it. It’s just really frustrating when I know I’ve either told them to change it or I’ve filled out updated paperwork. And yet my bills are STILL AFTER 4 years being sent to the wrong address with the wrong name on them. Also If I’ve left messages to discuss an issue with my bill I expect a call back the following business day and that’s just not good customer service to leave a patient feeling ignored and not important. So I just decided to pay the bill and move on to a new doctor office."

"Best experience I've ever had with a Drs office. I'm always able to get in quickly, and everyone is always extremely friendly. I personally see Connie and Emily, and both are EXCELLENT providers. They always listen, and work with me to find a solution. They both go above and beyond. I ended up needing stitches and they both stayed two hours after hours to get me stitched up because I was trying to avoid the ER. Always my recommendation to anyone looking for a new PCP."

"Have been going here for years but lately they have been very disrespectful of my time and then lie when asked why I have waited so long. Did not do test they were supposed to do. Have waited over a week for one of my medications to be refilled. The lady at the front desk is more interested in her conversations with other staff than actually doing her work. Over a week to inform me of my abnormal labs. Only informed me because I called and was told I should answer my phone because they supposedly called! Being in the medical field myself I know when it is Time to change and the time is NOW!"

"Office staff are friendly and accommodating. Dr. Baites one of the best family practice docs I have dealt with over the years. I worked 35 years in healthcare. Very impressed with Melissa Carter. I returned to this practice 2 years ago after going elsewhere for 10+ years for convenience. Office space is nothing fancy, but the medical practice is great."
