"Do not waste your time or your money. I went there seeking help with ongoing back issues that have been causing me a great deal of discomfort for the last 3 years. I spent $350 on 2 visits and they basically told me to "work through the pain" and take Alieve. I was looking for some alternatives to the traditional pain medications. Dr. Le actually suggested I do more intense workouts?!? Which I immediately told him I disagreed with. It is very hard for me to do these types of activities and if I try I will likely be unable to move the next day. He said that since my car accident was several years ago I shouldn't be in this rough shape. Well unfortunately, I am. He did not seem to listen, understand, or care. I left the office in tears."
"So my wife went to get a steroid injection in her spine in Cool Springs with Dr. Son Le to relieve her back pain. We drove there from Hermitage and they refused to treat her without 40 dollars we did not realize we had to copay because they say they're specialists. Ok, we did not know that. Bill us for the copay and we will know next time. Nope. And they (Amanda is the ... ahem.. receptionist) are blocking me from getting this message to Dr. Le which tells me that is what he wants them to do. "Let them die of pain for all we care. We do this for the money." You couldnt risk billing us for forty dollars? Your business is in one of the wealthiest areas in the nation."
