"I brought my child in with complaint of an ear infection. The NP (Emily) originally said the ear looked infected, when I said that’s what I saw at home, she changed her mind to “oh, it’s just ear wax” I ended up going to a walk in clinic immediately after that visit and he did have a very bad ear infection and was treated there. If you like being gaslit, this is a great place to go to."
"We love Brentwood Pediatrics! Dr. Whitehead is excellent. When your child is sick they work them in with little wait time. We especially like the separate waiting rooms for well visits and sick visits. I highly recommend Brentwood Pediatrics."
"Poor treatment of patients on Medicaid, over prescribing medication without accurate diagnoses. Thankfully as a mom a refused the medicine before my son was wrongfully medicated for something he wasn’t even diagnosed for! This place is behind the times and doesn’t offer my chart . You can’t view records and when you ask for them they say there isn’t any record of what you are describing ! Completely unorganized and a sad excuse for a facility who is supposed to be working to support healthy children. Unethical practices and extremely rude staff."
