"The professionalism in this office is non existent. Appointment always run extremely late. When I ask how long it will take I am told I need to be more patience and I am welcome to go elseelsew. They violated patient privacy by listing the work my son a minor had done openly in the lobby. This was done by the office manger who would not give me a way to talk to the doctor and report her actions. Overhearing this manager complain about her about people not showing up to have oral surgery. Here YOU are just a number and a paycheck."

They didn't call us to advice us about their xrays machine not working and we are coming from hemet. This place is very unprofessional..."

"I had extreme pulsating tooth pain when I arrived at Dr. Rivas's office. I had to fill out some paper work due to the fact it was my first time there. Once I was called in they took my ex-rays and confirmed the reason for my tooth ache. Dr Rivas and his assistant Lorena started working away to relieve my pain, while the whole time being very careful and always asking if I was alright or if I felt any pain. Once Dr. Rivas and Lorena where done they had my RX ready and I made another appointment and I was on my way with no more pulsating tooth pain.
