MMC Now Family Walk-In Clinic

"We will never visit this clinic again!!! Not only was the receptionist & nurse EXTREMELY rude to my husband AND my 14 year old daughter, the receptionist LOUDLY announces to the entire waiting room that we have a previous balance & then states how much our balance is!!!! My daughter went in for strep throat , she tested negative but the nurse says it looks like strep but we have to send it off to get results BUT we won’t treat her for it so go get DayQuil. The child has been on OTC meds all weekend. She went to clinic Saturday it is now Tuesday & she is still very sick & NOTHING OTC is working! Her chart shows she has had strep throat a minimum of 25 times in her life so why not treat her??? Instead she is MISERABLE & when we call this morning to get a DR note & ask to call in meds to help her feel better we are told, well the Dr won’t be back til Friday but we’ll see if they will call something in. That was hours ago & we’ve got NO DR NOTE, NO MEDS CALLED IN, & NO TEST RESULTS!! I have NEVER been treated so terribly by a Dr office in my life! Todays MMC is NOTHING like MMC used to be. It’s a shame & we will NEVER be back!!!"

"After waiting thirty minutes past my appointment time, I was seen by Tess Stewart (NP). The visit was an absolute waste of time as she prescribed me meds that I knew after of time were ineffective. I ended up going to another clinic a day later and was able to receive much better care elsewhere."

"Don't go here. I went here to get seen due to having some form of Upper Respiratory infection and get paperwork filled out for a 48 hour leave of absence to assist in recovery. Not only did they refuse to sign any paperwork, they did not provide any service other than to tell me I needed rest and test me for strep throat. A different doctor the next day gave me anti-biotics and prescription strength cough suppressants. They attempted to give me a work excuse, but when I explained that my shift was that night (as in the am of the following day) they still made the work excuse out for the day of. Which made it completely useless. It was an absolute waste of money. Now, a month later, lo and behold they have sent me a bill for the exact amount I paid in cash at that time. I have the receipts to prove I already paid too. They are now attempting to double charge me for horrible service in a time of need. 0/10 would not recommend this office."

"I always check reviews prior to committing to any healthcare office, after reading the reviews on google I saw that a nurse was named Bria complimented repetitively so I went to MMC I came into the office with a cough that would not go away NP Bria Terrell was so compassionate and was thorough with explaining things to me and really gave me an ease because I was so nervous with Covid on the rise. Bria had great bed side manner. She prescribed me medication that had me feeling better in no time. I highly recommend her."
