"So I went to have my infected molar removed since my previous root canal didn't work. The lady dentist not only removed my molar, but because she seemed in a hurry, she broke the tooth next to it. How do I know this.... Well, while she was using the forceps, I vividly remember her hitting my other tooth, and since my mouth was numbed I didn't noticed what had happened. On my way to my house, I touched my broken tooth with my tongue and I though my fill had fallen because hit my tooth. Later on, I keep feeling a lot of pain and I keep thinking it was either because of the extraction or the missing feeling on the other tooth, but every time I would try to touch my tooth without the filling, it was painful. So, I went back to the dental office 3 days later, I simply had to wait because I was in pain to the touch. Of course, the lady dentist tried to blame it on me by asking If I chew hard on something... How could I if I was in pain! She then proceeded to state that she used the drill to cut my molar in two to extracted it.... I know she didn't. I told her that used be a dental and orthodontics assistant many years ago. She had a few x-rays taken and she had to numb my tooth to touch it to check what was going on with my tooth, and this when she told me that my tooth was broken ....she then tells me that maybe because my filling felt, it caused my tooth to brake because my filling was big....hmmmmm NO, it happened because you didn't care about using the drill even though you know better that when a tooth or molar is short, you need to use the drill to cut before using any forceps and make the extraction more easy and smaller piece. If , she would have used the drill to cut my molar, she would have not struggled to removed my molar first of all, and this would had avoid hitting my tooth with the forcep, and this also would had avoid having a good tooth extracted for absolutely no reason..... So shame on you lady dentist. You should take you time with every patient, stop acting like you're on something or like your busy, because the day I went, it was just another patient and myself. use your knowledge to help patients, because now I'm missing an extra tooth due to you. I wonder if you're going to pay for my bridge? You know very well you screwed up."

"Dr Chacon excelent and the best for me for root canals..but Not on post and crowns.my post was broken and crown unglued.and they refuse to glue it again and no warranty.I paid 700.00. WASTED.This happens few months after the work was done. An extraction of molar was made too.and left a big piece of molar causing pain irradiating to head. I went to see other dentist few months later.and found on my xrays this negligence. I will never go with this Iris dentist care anymore."
