BenchMark Physical Therapy

"No complaints about the therapists but their billing is a nightmare. Benchmark is apparently under a company called upstream. Upstream has a F Better Business Bureau rating. I filed a complaint via my insurance Co and was told my billing issue was resolved. Now getting more bills from them. I will also file a complaint with the BBB. This company seems to own most of the Physical therapy companies in TN. I will avoid any company under their umbrella due to the billing practices. I will also report violations of the No Surprise Billing Act. Hope the TN Attorney General investigates all of the out of network billing coming from any business owned by Upstream."
