"This was the quickest urgent care visit I'd ever experienced. The receptionist, nurse & doctor were clear and to the point yet kind. Check-in is also a breeze which I appreciate."

EDIT: Unfortunately I have to update my review - the team on ground was great, and I was originally told to come in for a Covid test. however it ended up pushing through another charge from corporate because they obviously disagreed with the words I was told about only paying XX.00$, for what was initially a telehealth visit that turned into a clinic visit. I was assured the Xx.00$ I paid was the only charge, but their corporate office had pushed through a XXX.00$ charge - MONTHS after I had been seen! I have been on the phone with their payments department trying to get a greviance sorted, since I was specifically told it would only cost XX$ several times throughout the process. They even sent me to their Internal collections nearly immediately! I have been committed medical fraud against by this company and I cannot in good faith recoomend them, even though the ground team is excellent. Take your chances elsewhere - this shady company will try to charge you for more than is being provided! The kicker - I only had COVID! Fortunately Caleb was able to get me sorted, and after a simple swab, he quickly knew what was wrong. Unfortunately corporate companies want to take you for all you’re worth these days."
