"The WOREST customer service ever. Our agent left, which happens, but no one at their office can help me with a simple insurance question. I have called, emailed, and left messages. NO CALL back. Then when I call again I get "she really can't help you" from the receptionist. How can I have a policy but they can't help or have the courteous of a call back. You would think if a agent left they would want to retain customers."
