"I have been going here for the last 5 in my tooth years. They just replaced a cap for 1200.00 And I have a food partical stuck in my tooth so I can't chew and they can't get me in for an emergency procedure. Guess I'll have to find another dentist."

"GO SOMEWHERE ELSE Possibly the worst teeth cleaning I've ever had. As i sit in my car looking at my teeth, i noticed that whatever the assistant used to polish my teeth IS STILL LEFT ON MY GUMS. Clearly she didnt want to come to work today as she cleaned my teeth in the most laziest unprofessional manner ever. The customer service was also TERRIBLE. Even when canceling my appointmment, the receptionist did not ask why. Immediately I thought, "Oh, this must be a common occurrence then." On top of that, the only good morning that was said, was done by me. At first while I was there I gave them a pass on the nonchalant customer service, since me being from the South, i have high expectations for human to human interaction. But after receiving the most laziest cleaning ever from the assistant (she also entered the room and said not ONE word to me other than "the doctor will be in shortly"), i figured i needed to write MY.FIRST.REVIEW.EVER.ON.ANY.SITE (Also will be writing a yelp review and contacting my insurance agency - also my first reviews ever) The service displayed here is on the same level as a McDonald's in an impoverished community. FACTS. No exaggeration. This one experience will cause me to never attend another dentist office in Moreno Valley ever again. If you want lazy service this is the place for you."
