"to department of health hospitals corporate or any supervisor incharge about silome helth please stop her Siloam Health used to be greet help and nice stuff but know it turn to be crazy with these new nurses you don't even understand what they saying I take my flu shot every year fun no prblem but this year this new nurses cause damage to my shoulder muscles after she inject it deeper in my arm still going back and forth with doctors not sure if these nurse going to cause more problems to other patients."
