"I came to Sanitas on Friday in a moment of crisis. The ladies at the front desk and nurses in the back were kind. However, when it was time to meet with Dr. Michael Nelson I could tell he didn’t want to be there. He was rushing through the entire visit and he got upset when I asked him a question to the point that he rolled his eyes. His behavior was dismissive. He didn’t seem to care to find out what was wrong with me. What is most upsetting was a call I received today from Sanitas. After I had made it clear that Dr. Nelson’s care was subpar, a supervisor called to try to get my side of the story and make “things better”. Things in fact were not better since he stated that Dr. Nelson’s behavior has been an “ongoing issue” and that I am NOT the first person to complain. If you look up Dr. Michael Percy Nelson online you can see that I am not the only one that has had a bad experience with him. From what I can tell, Sanitas’ Gallitin location has several competent physicians, so in no way I am trying to dissuade you from going there. However, I would encourage you to request someone else. Do not waste your time or money. In no way did I feel reassured or better after my visit."

"I went in to get my IUD checked and to receive labs on my blood to check for iron deficiencies,low red blood cell count etc. I was told the bloodwork they got from me clotted and I would have to come back,I never returned.2 weeks later I received 3 different bills in the sum of over $2,000?!?! FOR WHAT?! sounds like insurance fraud,this is currently being investigated…DONT GO HERE MONEY HUNGRY AND DOESNT HAVE PATIENTS BEST INTEREST AT HEART!!!"

"The only reason I'm leaving two stars is because Dr. Donnelly is so fantastic with our infant. We adore her. But the front desk staff is so god awful we will be moving to another dr. office. FOUR times in 6 months they have "lost" or straight up canceled our appointments (without telling us) even though we show up with their card with the date and time on it that THEY fill out. The young lady at the front desk has zero people skills and acts like we're wasting her time showing up. The communication at this facility is pathetic. Don't waste you're time like we did. 4 out of 4 appointments there has been some sort of issue with scheduling. That's just lazy."

"The front desk really dark lady or man whatever it is , she’s very rude and had me sit and wait in the lobby talking about we’re gonna have her come up here talking about my doctor , mind you I’m the ONLY person in there was waiting about 45 minutes bc the front desk lady with the hideous face decided to talk it up with her friend, she always has a attitude when I walk in . On the other hand every other staff Ive encountered with was very nice, caring , and very supportive especially my doctor Ms. Jennifer ."
