Polish Nail Lounge

"I will usually give places a second chance. They got theirs yesterday, and service was terrible. LAST TIME THEY GET MY $$. First time, not friendly, but did a decent job for the $. Old outdated chairs, but I thought I’d give them a second chance since they’re very close by, and I only needed a polish change. NOT WORTH IT. No friendly greeting, wasn’t even a hi, how are you? No smile. In fact, when I couldn't quite find the polish I had the last time, it felt like the older woman reprimanded me-“write down the number next time!!” When the manicurist put my hands on a TOWEL, no level surface, then my nail smudged, she yells, “BE CAREFUL!” What the what?? These people think they can treat you any way they darn well please, and apparently they think we’re stupid enough to keep coming back? They rushed me looking for the right color, with exactly TWO other women being worked on. ?? It was around 1:00 pm on Fri. so they WERE NOT BUSY AT ALL!! It doesn’t surprise me now that they weren’t that busy on a Friday!! When I asked about the charge, one woman “YELLS ACROSS THE ROOM” defending what she said instead of LISTENING TO THE CUSTOMER. They’re not going to last long with their horrible customer service. NEVER AGAIN. THEY JUST WANT YOUR MONEY AND YOU TO BE GONE so they can get another sucker in the chair!! Btw ONE star was too many!!"

"Great job on mani/pedi. Very thorough job and my manicure still looks great. They took the time to make sure oil was removed prior to polishing and place was very clean."

"Loved this place. I went there because of good reviews, plus it was around the corner from where I live. I love the design they did on me, however the ombré wasn’t my favorite. I didn’t say anything because service was really on point. Better than other places I’ve been."

"Can't believe this place. They ripped off my actual nail and left a gaping wound which they worked over. I was honestly shocked and unsure of how to react as the nail artist was wiping away the blood. She ignored me when I asked to go wash my hands and continued to work, and I pray the wound won't get infected. After I PAID for them to cause me physical harm, a man then followed me to my car and requested more money without letting me leave since he was blocking my car with his body. I would absolutely recommend you STAY AWAY for your own safety."

"Stopped by here because it's close to home, and I'm glad I did! They fit me in for a full set and a pedicure at the last minute and did a great job. My ombre looks great a few days in, and I'm looking forward to going back for more designs. Should be noted the name of the salon is "Polish Nail Lounge" - google needs to update!"
