"the worst nail salon I have ever been to. not only were they extremely rough with my nails but they charged me for a service they didn’t even do correctly. charged me $31 for acrylic removal and “manicure” which all they did was soak my nails and buff them. no polish at all. The most frustrating part is as I’m pulling out the cash to pay, they are all bad talking about me. I have never felt more misled and uncomfortable at a nail salon."

"Today was my first time going there and I was just going to get a simple pedicure the $28 but the Asian worker lady convinced me to get this expensive package and the only reason I decided to get it was because it said massage on the package . So it was not worth it the whole time she was doing my nails she was just rushing and the massage was not even worth it. She did it so quick and I didn’t like it not worth it at all. I’m not sure if I’ll be coming back. And for me I think they were rude they just when they were she was done. She just walked away and the same. They did with my daughter and they just like they didn’t care about us."

"It was not a good experience for me. I was to have my service completed by one person. I'm assuming that the manager forgot to let her know that she had an appointment so she left me to go work with them which is fine. But the girl that they gave me, whose name was Tina, was in such a rush and I was so uncomfortable. I had to ask her to slow down and further point out that I had surgery on my feet and to please be careful. The nail tech came over and started working on my nails which was fine. But then each of them on separate occasions wanted to push additional services on me. First Tina offered something that I didn't want and I decline. Then the other lady I said oh you look very tense I can do a shoulder massage and that'll be $10. Again I declined. And it was the shift occurred. They both seem really irritated that I didn't want additional services. A nail tech completes the pedicure and then leaves but tells me it'll be 10 minutes till I'm before I'm dry she never came back to check to see if I was driving I needed anything just left. I had to ask the owner for a pair of slippers as I had already started to remove the barrier between my toes. And then noticed that there was polish on my on my skin actually. I just felt really uncomfortable with the whole situation doubt I would come back to Eva nails."
